Do I need to deliver all files?

Yes, all files listed in the integration are required as part of integration to the Envisso Monitor and Envisso Protect Insurance products.

How frequently do we need to send Envisso data?

Data should be delivered on a daily basis.

What time should the files be delivered to the Envisso SFTP each day?

The daily files containing the previous day’s data should be delivered within a consistent time window each day.

What format should the files be?

All files should be delivered in CSV format.

How long does an integration to Envisso usually take?

Integration to Envisso systems usually takes approximately 1 week.

What is a Merchant Registration ID?

One of the initial bulk upload files is too large — what should we do?

Envisso accepts multiple files as part of the integration process. Split the file into smaller files for upload.

Does Envisso have a file size limit on its SFTP server?

No.

Do I need to delete the previous day's files from the Envisso server?

No.

Do the column names need to match the integration specification exactly?

Yes.

Do we need separate Envisso SFTP accounts for testing and production?

No. There is an environment column in each file to indicate test and production records.

Do we need to inform Envisso when we upload the first file?
